ATTENTION SSTS INSTALLERS!

Due to inclement weather at our last course and higher than anticipated demand, the U of MN Onsite Sewage Treatment Program is hosting one last Pipelayer Certification course this spring! Enroll now if you need this certification!

REGISTRATION:
Pre-registration is required. The deadline for enrollments is May 16th, 2008.

PURPOSE:
According to a recent change in the MN Plumbing Code, only people who are licensed plumbers, registered apprentices, or those who are certified with pipelaying training and have a $25,000 plumbing code compliance bond may install sewer or water service pipes anywhere in Minnesota. This includes all SSTS Installers!

Subsurface Sewage Treatment Systems (SSTS) Advisory Committee (AC)
The SSTS AC provides advice to the MN Pollution Control Agency on issues relating to subsurface wastewater treatment systems including individual, mid-sized and large systems.
