When to contact the MPCA:

OSTP staff can answer questions about workshops, publications, soils, design forms, research, small community issues, and technical assistance. Phone: 800-322-8642 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Late fees, Substitutions, and Cancellation Policies
If you enroll after the course deadline, a mandatory $45 late fee will be automatically added to your workshop price.
Cancellations must be received in writing by OSTP staff one business day prior to the workshop. Partial refunds are only issued for cancellations received in writing before the workshop begins. All refunds will be made in the manner as payment minus a $30 cancellation fee.
Checks returned by the bank will incur a 30.00 fee.
In the rare event that a course is cancelled, OSTP will issue a full refund. Courses are not cancelled due to inclement weather.
Attendance is required at all sessions of each workshop to receive a Certificate of Attendance. OSTP will forward your attendance certificate to the MPCA.
