Local Government Unit focused CE

This course is provided by the University of Minnesota in collaboration with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and covers the same material as our April 2023 sessions.    

This course is offered to be a review of SSTS regulator requirements, SSTS design submittal requirements, system inspection, system operation and management, and soil verification responsibilities. This course includes topics that are part of chapter 7080 – 7083 as they are incorporated in ordinance and enforcement of State rules. This course qualifies for 4 hours of Direct continuing education credit.
