Ken Olson was a significant contributor to the University of Minnesota (UMN) OSTP and MOSTCA (now MOWA) from the mid-1990's until his retirement in 2004. Ken brought his Extension expertise to educate homeowners and small communities all across Minnesota about septic systems. He authored and co-authored many publications, presentations and fact sheets still relevant today. His efforts enlivened the UMN OSTP.
